Strategic partnership deepens KAP’s growing national footprint in Missouri and expands in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Oklahoma and Oregon
HARRISBURG, Pa. (June 1, 2022) – Keystone Agency Partners (KAP), a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Arnold Insurance, an independent insurance agency serving the personal and commercial insurances needs of customers in all 50 states. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Missouri, Arnold is a female-owned agency and has been serving customers for over 50 years. With 52 employees, Arnold has a reputation for high-quality client care, strong customer relationships and integrity. Through the transaction, Arnold will retain its eleven office locations, including six in Missouri and satellite offices in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma and Oregon and Florida. Arnold marks the 13th platform partnership for Keystone Agency Partners.
